20TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION AND REUNION

Yes! It HAS been 20 years.  Thanks to YOU: the ones who trained hard and successfully, made Mid-California Tae Kwon Do the special place that it is today. 

Dr. McCain, 1992

In 1992 Dr. McCain began his first taekwondo lessons with a group of 54 white belts in Ducor, California. He was a new 2^nd degree black belt, with a red assistant instructor collar. Today Dr. McCain is a 7^th degree Master Instructor, with several assistants, as well as several schools with their instructors learning from him.

The 20th Anniversary festivities will take place at the end of Black Belt Camp 2012.  As in the past, Master Brad Whitlow will be here to train us and hand out awards and certificates.

All previous students are invited to attend an anniversary celebration as an honored guest. We are especially inviting black and red belts, as they have been a significant part of our taekwondo family.

A special class for previous students will be held Friday afternoon. Friday evening you are welcome to observe the black belt testing.

Saturday morning we will have a time of recognizing all our honored guests, bestowing new rank and a short time for those who tested to be introduced to new patterns.

A BBQ will be held at noon (bring your own meat to grill.  Drinks and utensils, and condiments will be provided).

ENTERTAINMENT will be provided by the Bluegrass music group, Red Dog Ash.
