APPLICATION FOR BLACK BELT CAMP
The 14th Annual Black Belt Camp will be held July 8-12, 2008. Master Brad Whitlow (8th Degree Black Belt and Dr. McCain's instructor) will be returning as the primary camp instructor with the emphasis on sparring, patterns and hand to hand combat.

We had a great turnout for the 2007 Camp and you will not want to miss this camp.
Sign ups for camp must be secure by June 30, 2008, along with the non-refundable deposit of $50. The camp fee for the week is 125.00 ($75 balance due on the first day of camp). If you have any questions please feel free to call the MCTKD office for more information.
There is a limited enrollment of the first 20 students who enroll. Enrollment is limited to Red and Black Belts over the age of 12 years old, unless approved by Dr. McCain.
