Integrity And Perseverance

Integrity underlies all the tenets of our art. Without integrity there is no real courtesy, only a false politeness; no self-control, only suppressed anger; no perseverance, only temporary loyalty, etc. Integrity should be central to the decisions of life. Perseverance displays the work ethic of Choong Sil TKD. Hard work enhances character qualities which become necessary ingredients to success and advancement. Integrity and perseverance harmonize in a number of ways. Have you ever stayed home from school or taken a day off from your TKD workout by making an excuse? When you want to "slack off" or be lazy in your personal commitments, take the other "road" - the road of integrity and perseverance.
