1.  Step the left foot to a left L stance and perform double guarding blocks

2. Snap the right foot to left leg and perform twin upset punches

3.  Perform a right knee level, side kick

4. Land in a middle stance and perform a right knife hand strike, neck level

5. Reach forward with the right hand to chamber and then perform a left hooking punch

6. Chamber the left hand high and the right hand low, then execute a right outward block and a left low block

7. Perform a left outward block and a right low block

8. Chamber the left hand over the right hand and then perform twin outward blocks with the inner forearms

9. Reach the right fist forward, grabbing with the open left hand, and perform a right supported elbow strike

10. Perform a right punch, with the left open palm being placed on the right forearm

11. Perform a left supported elbow strike

12. Bring the right first back to the right waist, leaving the left hand tight at the left waist.  Perform a right single punch and a left hooking punch, in combination

13. Step the left foot across the front of the right foot, in a X stance and perform a right wrist slap with the left hand.

14. Step with the right foot to a right L stance, and perform a pole grab

15. Step the left foot to the right foot in a closed stance and perform double elbow strikes

16. Step the left foot to a middle stance and perform a left low block and right back fist combination

17. Step the right in front of the left foot to an X stance and perform a circular left hammer strike into the right palm

18. Step the left foot to an L stance and perform circular low ridge hand strikes

19. Turn right to a right L stance, double guarding blocks

20. Snap the left foot to right leg and perform twin upset punches

21. Perform a left knee level side kick

22. Step down to a middle stance, single knife hand strike

23. Perform a stationary right hooking punch

24. Raise the right hand and lower the left hand, then execute a left outward block and a right low block

25. Perform a right outward block and a left low block

26. Chamber the right hand over the left hand and then perform twin outward blocks with the inner forearms

27. Reach the left fist forward, grabbing with the open right hand, and perform a left supported elbow strike

28. Perform a left punch, with the right open palm being placed on the left forearm

30. Bring the left first back to the left waist, leaving the right hand tight at the right waist.  Perform a left single punch and a right hooking punch, in combination

31. Step the right foot across the front of the left foot, in a X stance and perform a left wrist slap with the right hand.

32. Step with the left foot to a left L stance, and perform a pole grab

33. Step the right foot to the left foot in a closed stance and perform double elbow strikes

34. Step the right foot to a middle stance and perform a right low block and left back fist combination
